Early Bird time is coming soon! We know that’s an exciting time for troop leaders and parents to get ready for another great year of Girl Scouting. But we also know that planning ahead makes the process go much more smoothly. That’s why we’ve put together this handy checklist for our Troop Leaders to make sure they are ready go when Early Bird begins in April (stay tuned for dates!).
- My GS Log-In
- Locate on the homepage of our website (www.citrus-gs.org)
- Know your password
- If you don’t know your password or have trouble logging in, contact our Troop Support team: troopsupport@citrus-gs.org
- Adults need to have positions within the Organization
- Log into MyGS Community and click “Member Profile”
- Click “Volunteer Role”
- Insert troop number you wish to be associated with for the upcoming year
- Choose role you wish to participate with your troop (leader, product, etc.)
- Clean up troop roster
- Log into MyGS community and click the “My Troops” tab
- If changes are needed, use the Troop Transfer Request form located on our website: Troop Transfer Request
Deadline for changes: March 17, 2016
So don’t delay! Check your MyGS account today and be one step closer to completing your Early Bird registrations.
